Achievements of the Staff:
The faculty members continuously update themselves
by attending various state & National level
seminars, conferences, and workshops etc. organized
by various universities and other equivalent
bodies. Some members have contributed to the
academic growth of the institution by writing
books and articles catering to the need of the
hour.
Dr. N.K. Bansal who always has been a source
of inspiration for the students, staff members
and society at large, again led his team by
setting his own example. He visited France for
a research project titled 'Teachers Education
France' sponsored by U.G.C. and funded by Govt.
of France. He shared the rich experiences of
the visit through an acticle 'Teacher Education
India and France compared' published
in "The University News" August 2003.
He added extra feather to his credit of book
'Teaching and Learning'. He is also an active
member of various committees of U.G.C. and NCTE
along with M.D.University, Rohtak. Under his
guidence three students have been awards [Ph.D.
Degree by M.D.U-Rohtak].
Dr. S. K. Upadhyay has made his significant
contribution by writing book ‘Education
Technology’ in both versions (Hindi &
English) in accordance with the latest syllabus
prescribed by the university.
Dr. Renu Gupta showed her potential by writing
two books ‘Teaching of Economics’
and ‘Teaching of Social Studies’
in both versions (Hindi & English). Her
article entitled ‘The Prevailing Education
System in the United States of America’
has recently been published in University News
February issue (23rd to 28th 2004). |
